Observed no vomiting and diarrhea procedure and clean-up kit on premises during the inspection. Instructed to have said procedure along with required equipment for clean-up. Priority foundation violation 7-38-005, citation issued

Observed approximately 80 or more mice droppings on site at the time of the inspection. Mice droppings were found on the shelves and the floors in the following areas: aisles 1, 10, 11, 13,14, 18, 19, in the men's toilet room, on the floor where the energy drinks are stored, near the rack where charcoal is stored. Instructed to remove all items from shelves found with droppings, remove mice droppings, clean, and sanitize all affected areas. Priority foundation violation 7-38-020(a), citation issued

Observed a dead mouse under the shelf where the boxes of popcorn is stored in aisle 13. Instructed to remove, clean, sanitize, and maintain.

Observed the front entrance doors with openings in the middle. Instructed to rodent proof mentioned doors and maintain.

Garbage & refuse properly disposed; facilities maintained

Observed the two outdoor receptacles not able to close and remain tight fitting, due to the receptacle being filled with boxes and observed one of receptacles missing a lid. Instructed to ensure both receptacle lids are able to close and remain tight fitting and to repair/ replace the missing lid for the outdoor garbage receptacle. Priority foundation 7-38-020(b), citation issued

Observed the floors under all the shelves with dust and debris. Instructed to clean and maintain all mentioned floors and maintain.
